Biography of Thandanani Steven “Mjuda” Qwabe

Thandanani Steven “Mjuda” is a performing artist ( dancer, actor and singer), was born on 12 july 1987 at UMlazi H Clinic, in Durban (South Africa). He grow up at KwaNongoma, at an area called Ezimpakaneni where he did his grade one and two at EZimpakaneni Primary School. At that time he was staying with his granny. Because of the hatred by his cousins, then he moved to stay with his parents at Nqumbi , still in kwaNongoma. Then he did his grde 3 at Emahlombe Primary School. Then they moved fromNqumbi to Mkhondo. Because of his Intellegence he was move to Nongoma Primary School, an English School, where he completed his primary school. At 2001 he moved to Durban, Umlazi, where he completed his matric at Clairwood Secondary school. Then at 2007 he decided to move back to kwaNongma, at UMkondo, where he created a youth group called M-SKUAT, but could not progress. then he had an album with a kwaito group called IZOZO. At 2008, he then did a ten month course of performing arts learnership at Ekhaya Multi art Centre. He was taught by Edmund Mhlongo. He got an opportunity to be in Alive kids Company, under KwaMashu Community Advancement Project (K-CAP), and participated in some Films like, Still my home (motherland), which was directed by Alik Owen Shahadah, and did Qhamkile Zululand Film, where he was an actor and dancer and cheorographer. He is a dance, singer and actor.
